But This is, these are, this insomnia is a patterned response, Served you in the past, but it's not doing so great today. So can you see this rolling out here? Okay. So, so when you say these things, I keep repeating themselves. Eight is keep repeating them cause you're just efficient or hooking them in. So this is where the shift, whether you need to move into a more conscious state and start changing the frequency or changing the pattern of what you're doing And when you start manifesting or when you start, when you start changing the way you're thinking about how your approach And you start getting successes, it's like, Oh my goodness, it gets better and better because you're connected to everything. Everything, every one you're connected to all the information out there Sounds a little farfetched to some of you, but you're connected to everything. So the reason it's not working for you is that, is it you're, you're sort of hitting that same glass ceiling or you're hitting this. You're just manifesting the same patterns or you're thinking the same thoughts over and over and over again. And just, it's like, you're stuck, stuck, stuck case. We've got the, we'll do the hormones as well. And we'll put Andrea in on this.

You can imagine, imagine a tumor, less knack. You can imagine, you can imagine anything really tumor, less brain. So just, uh, and you, and you don't have to just do it once you can keep doing it.

So people give you advice and uh, and, uh, and so you need to kind of not just follow what you need to sort of feel, is it right for you? Is this really what you need to do? Hey, onto balancing the calcium now, Because really no one knows what's better for you than you. Is that in your pipe and smoke a day. Okay. With go opening, optimizing blood to the brain. And again, we're balancing calcium. So remember, as we do this, we think about where our deposits are and we imagine them floating where they should go. So if you've got plaque around your heart, you just see it dissolving in the bloodstream. You see it dissolving around your heart. You see the, the disposal system, maybe the lymph system or the blood just moving it out of the body.

So we're going to just take a very thin, thin, energetic piece of piece of thread with a beautiful, shiny small needle. We're just going to sew it into place.

I need to phone a couple of people that I care about just to make sure they're okay. So I'll schedule phone calls in my, my diary or my calendar. I need more exercise. So I'll go and take the puppy out for a walk at noon or so you need to kind of figure out some coping techniques for yourself and then do the blanket moving on because otherwise we will, we just wallow, wallowing. Doesn't get you anywhere.
