Speaker 0 00:00:00 Okay,
Speaker 1 00:01:32 This is not the right time to not come on my computer.
Speaker 0 00:01:55
Speaker 2 00:03:03 the very Kathy about that.
Speaker 3 00:04:44 Hello everyone. For some reason, my laptop doesn't want to connect. So I probably can't see requests like I, as I usually do up from up here. So I know about sadness and weight loss, and I'll just into it as I did for so long when we were in COVID we're very happy to have Lori here from Florida. She comes up what once a year now? Yeah. And it's a beautiful fall day. So I hope everyone has gotten outside enjoying the beauty of foliage. So we'll do our usual. I am.
Speaker 2 00:05:33 You can hear me on that. she is here today. Yeah. Okay.
Speaker 3 00:06:29 Okay. Um, so let's start with cheek gong. We step out knees, slightly bent, shoulders dropped arms, fall a couple of inches in front of the body tongue on the upper palate
Speaker 2 00:06:51 Between the three. So when we finished the form, we felt smoother, calmer.
Speaker 3 00:07:07 And the extra laps we may have been doing in our head around and around have Sloan slowed down And again comes up Raising the arms to show their height and over.
Speaker 2 00:07:31 I can check.
Speaker 3 00:07:39 So as we cultivate the cheek feeling into textured space, it's not empty.
Speaker 2 00:07:46 The space it's space that we share energetically
Speaker 3 00:07:55 Symbiotically, even right to the brachial plexus left shoulder. I'm out like we're dancing, slight bend at the elbow, following me on their nerve down crossing pieces
Speaker 2 00:08:12 Six P eight,
Speaker 3 00:08:15 Coming around to our next partner, left Palm. And again, so this is a great posture for preventing carpal tunnel because what bringing energy down from the neck.
Speaker 2 00:08:33 Okay.
Speaker 3 00:08:36 Well, the upper back down through the arms, because in tongue Ren, carpal tunnel is more a neck problem. Trapezius problem. One more. I mean that energy down and through.
Speaker 2 00:09:08 Thank you. Less sending the pressure.
Speaker 3 00:09:14 That's me turn to grounding, reconnecting with you. Yeah.
Speaker 2 00:09:35 Focusing on the breath,
Speaker 3 00:09:41 Arms up to see the 17 extend the foot out and another foot bend at the knees, opening the heart, see the 17. It can do a bit of
Speaker 2 00:09:57 Silly open the arms. Allie, come back in. As the extend the field emanates from our heart
Speaker 3 00:10:17 HeartMath Institute has measured this field. It extends beyond six
Speaker 2 00:10:23 To eight feet and possibly further, especially
Speaker 3 00:10:28 One more time after doing that.
Speaker 2 00:10:33 So
Speaker 3 00:10:33 We entangle at tongue red in so many ways, and we are
Speaker 2 00:10:38 About two and slash hacked
Speaker 3 00:10:41 Coming back foot back in right Palm about CV 17 left CV six top hand, always scans down on the Vegas as we make our Chiba.
Speaker 2 00:11:01 And if you want, you can go that arch to the third eye.
Speaker 3 00:11:08 I'm going to stay,
Speaker 2 00:11:09 Stay focused today. Hi, to anterior we'll come back to BLR,
Speaker 3 00:11:24 But each of the dantians are points of interest
Speaker 2 00:11:28 Integration in TCM. As we allow the hands
Speaker 3 00:11:37 Drop gentle V lower down 10, bring support to a digestive too
Speaker 2 00:11:44 Trap to our true feelings are link as, as Gladwell
Speaker 3 00:11:54 Would say. So we support Oregon's and we support being rooted in our personal truth and what we truly feel at the gut level. That doesn't mean that we always act from the gut and we want to integrate right heart center, mental center, right? The three brains about what we feel in our gut is really important. You can think of this as
Speaker 2 00:12:41 Point of discernment
Speaker 3 00:12:44 Just does that body discern sweat is nutritious this circulates to heart and brain so that we're better able to discern what's healthy for us. Our life choices. Also sending energy for endurance, allowing the hands to
Speaker 2 00:13:11 Oh,
Speaker 3 00:13:14 And extending out to the side, come around, following the Vegas nerve down one,
Speaker 2 00:13:25 Twice, three times sealing. And she bath.
Speaker 3 00:13:48 I invite you to sit. We'll take care of everyone together. She'd be 13, 14, right? Two left opening bill one to be a five, Be on nine and 10 upper trapezius. So I love these new points working with trauma. You work the hippocampus. So GV H a warmer 20 B L one two B L six. So they young factory, which is really the old factory nerve nervous system. We opened tightening
Speaker 2 00:14:52 And intake.
Speaker 3 00:14:58 So we're really working the sinus area to the hippocampus, back to the amygdala, the emotion center of the brain
Speaker 2 00:15:09 To the insular cortex. That's just some occipital neuralgia.
Speaker 3 00:15:21 We opened see one through seven,
Speaker 2 00:15:24 Especially C5
Speaker 3 00:15:27 Following the long thoracic down front and back 10 dome shaking sky. Just let those burdens fall to the wayside. Lightening the shoulders, lightening the upper back deltoids scaling. As we open the musculature, we support blood flow by electricity. As we sit and a galaxy one state of being this right, which means we are entangling with the universe with an accelerator effect Is allowing us to experience to move beyond outside of time and space. They opened perennial eight, seven, and 11, Back to the hippocampus. One through five opening ally 17, 18 GB 12, the phrenic accessory for neck Opening the Vegas to see the six 42 thoracic seven through 12, thoracic 11, 12, serotonin oxytocin L two. I think mr. Tam is going to be bringing us a present. That's looking promising. This is of course something new today, everyone. And it's been a whole 24 hours. I know can't have that be a one to be alpha, to be alumni and to be out 10 opening the spinal artery through the bladder. Two kidney one liver.
Speaker 2 00:17:54 Hey, I'm my seat.
Speaker 3 00:17:58 No, so now it's not true. It's like three hours since the last invention.
Speaker 2 00:18:05 Oh, I got the big that's old stuff that he has that he has. I have the big radio. I remember that. Oh my goodness. The old John led. So they all chunk
Speaker 3 00:18:34 On shank revitalized. He is so resourceful. What can I say? Right?
Speaker 2 00:18:42
Speaker 3 00:18:44 I know. So why should it just sit there? Let's update, upgrade Special treatment for a visitor. You have some much color again, to bring that energy down and grounding. That's a bit of a late start. So
Speaker 2 00:19:09 Let's start at the back. Susan,
Speaker 3 00:19:34 Settle yourself and allow I'm so glad you got to saw him, Sam. Um, so grief, grief and loss have been coming up so much more often in this period. And so we want to support everyone. Who's feeling this in some way. It is most Larry, you have an anniversary coming up, you know, we've lost our routines, a sense of normalcy. We're losing leaves on the trees, right? But to lose a person is such a hard thing. I think, as a human being, that's probably the most challenging, um, loss that we face. So, and you have so much love in your heart. And I know he felt that from you. I know that
Speaker 2 00:20:45 I say, sure,
Speaker 3 00:21:03 And that's another lie. We have to step back and let people make their choices. And sometimes that's very hard for us, right? As much as we feel we can give, or,
Speaker 2 00:21:19 You know, sometimes there there's just a country
Speaker 3 00:21:24 We don't know about, or that ms. Mystery, that we don't fully understand, have access to a secret.
Speaker 2 00:21:34 So I'm focusing on heart
Speaker 3 00:21:37 Medula, also tagging in Tang and 10 John shaking sky, Allowing whatever tears still want to come to them,
Speaker 2 00:21:55 Calm,
Speaker 3 00:21:59 Allowing us to support you. Okay. As you mourn him and miss him. And remember him and we open tying and Tang will open the endorphins down to thoracic seven through 12, especially to 11, 12, and lumbar too. So it bringing into balance, the oxytocin, the cortisol, Working in the hippocampus. We calm things down so that you're able to remember have the memories grieve the memories. And so they don't interfere Average trapezius again, coming down the full spinal. Yeah. Coming down the Vegas L I 1718 spleen Meridian, spleen nine spleen, six spleen four.
Speaker 2 00:23:27
Speaker 1 00:23:46 No requests. Well, you've come all the way here. And we're so happy to have you here. So I think what I think we should open desire, right? And we want to support the fulfillment of your desires. And so that's really in the subconscious, you know, um, as we, as we think more deeply about what we believe is possible or what we want to have in our lives, we really need to move from the conscious level to the subconscious level. And so if there are any messages getting in the way we want to clear the spell that that layer of attraction happens. And sometimes if you can imagine something as already taking place, because with the galaxy one and moving back and forth past future, no time, no space it's already happened. Right? So if you can really connect to that aspect of reality, that which has already happened can happen. We open the front, I can access the Vegas coming right down to the spinal artery, bladder 54 to T five, heart eight. And again, to the mind, to the subconscious, to the insular cortex, connecting into your deepest possibilities thing, realized that, which is essentially us as humans. What we are here to fulfill will come to pass, and we bring that down. So railing, that was your request because we already talked. So just to be clear, you're in charge here and bringing that down and grounding. Michelle
Speaker 0 00:26:51 Know, I still have a lot of anger, especially last couple of weeks, really angry about the state of the world. So I guess I need to talk that,
Speaker 1 00:27:04 Okay, well we're all in this together, so, but we will come down the hippocampus GV 2223, the L six, seven, eight. I'm sorry. The, the hippocampus. Yes. Is part of it. And the hypothalamus GB
Speaker 0 00:27:32 Triple warmer be out one to be all nine T T five T six
Speaker 1 00:27:46 Oh one through five S one through five to bladder 15
Speaker 0 00:27:49 Before
Speaker 1 00:27:54 Opening CV 17. So I want to move up. We opened LA 17, 18 GB 12, which is the point when you use often for whiplash. So it's almost like we've been shelved, right? So again, a calm that down.
Speaker 0 00:28:21 Yeah. The lightning glass, that's true.
Speaker 1 00:28:26 And let the anger release. Now we're gonna bring that down. She'd be 12 C5, cranial seven and 11 for voice ouch point fro. So today we're making connection between the hypothalamus to the void
Speaker 0 00:28:48 Full throat, it
Speaker 1 00:28:51 Full volume, but mostly the cost
Speaker 0 00:28:55 Content
Speaker 1 00:28:57 Opening CV 17.
Speaker 0 00:29:01 Okay.
Speaker 1 00:29:02 Connecting to the gut and allowing both left and right. Brain Corpus callosum to balance out. So steps should take pragmatic steps, thoughtful stuff.
Speaker 0 00:29:17 Yes. Rational and grounded. Tiffany, one of Richard discipline in following up on all the tests.
Speaker 1 00:29:33 Hmm. Well, you continue to ask for that, but you're one of the most disciplined, focused people and now about, well, your wish is
Speaker 0 00:29:46 So, okay.
Speaker 1 00:29:48 She'd be 13, 14, right? To left
Speaker 0 00:29:54 To the carpet. Scholastic.
Speaker 1 00:30:03 Is there a gel claim here? I'm sure there is a joke point. So Corpus callosum, we want to balance left and right brain. So focus is about not going overboard. On either side, we opened the outline
Speaker 0 00:30:27 For full vision to be L six
Speaker 1 00:30:34 Clearing any past life to be L six, seven, eight association cortex, motor cortex. So we worked with communication also the Broca, so that the focus of your mind is connected to the movement of your body, the movement of your swing, right? There's a great congratulations here. Ally 17, 18. We open GB 12 to the phrenic accessory clinic to the gut, to the Antarctic. And we know you taking good care with the food and like come down the spleen Meridian again,
Speaker 0 00:31:21 Nine, six, four, and CV 17, two spleen four. So
Speaker 1 00:31:30 Calming down on a trauma hippocampus and clearing hippocampus so that the messages of your brain are very clear and grounded and balanced
Speaker 0 00:31:56 And joke. And Carol, sorry, peace.
Speaker 1 00:32:06 And for yourself, how is your internal state? Yeah, that's wonderful. So it sounds like your default in the morning wake up is more positive anticipation. I'm feel good. This is a good day. Wow. That's really wonderful. So tandem and upper trapezius C one through seven to GV 22, 23, new cell growth coming down, opening the crown. Right? So as we open to the divine, we find peace there and we bring that inward. So that at the same time we receive, we connect to the collective unconscious. We bring that within we connect to the divine within ourselves. We sort of can support that with mantras, with cheek gong, with rituals that honors some aspect of ourselves and our lives because that intention and that honor becomes part of the larger field. And so that's the connection. What we do for ourselves would also do for others. And that's a really beautiful thing. And so we've already gained so much from your story. You are inspiring, moved from Blyn to kidney, one liver and three down spinal artery, opening bladder 54, reflecting back to the heart opening heart diaphragm support to Sydney 17, but kidney 27, 26. And part of that piece is support to our immune systems as we take care of our health. So we can move without fear in the world. And we bring that energy down and grounding.
Speaker 3 00:34:50 So I'm sorry. My computer refused to connect today. Well, I know there was sadness and weight loss.
Speaker 1 00:35:01 Okay.
Speaker 3 00:35:02 Anything else? So we did work. Okay. Thank you.
Speaker 1 00:35:23 Thank you. So our olfactory nerve. I worked the deep trauma clients that should really help calming the PTSD. The more we work with the hippocampus, the better April the mind is to manage memory managed triggers to memory because that's part of what happens with PTSD, right? The memory gets triggered, but it really doesn't match the here and now the present situation and the anger. We just want to be sure that anger keeps moving. It doesn't stay as a way upon us that we're able to move with it or allow it to move through us and find ways to express sometimes behind anger there's sadness. So anger is a protection. Anger is also a boundary tells us when we've been violated. So we need to learn how to listen to what we're feeling and have a conversation with it. The energy in here it's really nice. Welcome. We're just closing that. You're happy to have you here. You can benefit from the last cheek until the next class. So, and we ground and sealing it in. Thank you everyone. So then as you go through the next two days, we will be with you and Lori is you try to leave.
Speaker 3 00:37:53 I don't know. We may stop you
Speaker 1 00:38:00 And Carol, thank you for your inspiration. I know he's taken my temperature cause I ended on time.
Speaker 3 00:38:07 I know him. I know him so well. Yeah. Yeah. I know. I know. See, I know you see all this time we've had together. Laurie, how,
Speaker 1 00:38:27 How well we know each other, so thank you everyone. And I welcome my you Larry's friend Barbara. Hi. Very nice to meet you.
Speaker 3 00:38:38 Yeah, yeah.

So I guess I need to talk that, Speaker 1 00:27:04 Okay, well we're all in this together, so, but we will come down the hippocampus GV 2223, the L six, seven, eight. I'm sorry. The, the hippocampus. Yes. Is part of it. And the hypothalamus GB Speaker 0 00:27:32 Triple warmer be out one to be all nine T T five T six Speaker 1 00:27:46 Oh one through five S one through five to bladder 15 Speaker 0 00:27:49 Before Speaker 1 00:27:54 Opening CV 17. So today we're making connection between the hypothalamus to the void Speaker 0 00:28:48 Full throat, it Speaker 1 00:28:51 Full volume, but mostly the cost Speaker 0 00:28:55 Content Speaker 1 00:28:57 Opening CV 17. Well, you continue to ask for that, but you're one of the most disciplined, focused people and now about, well, your wish is Speaker 0 00:29:46 So, okay. Speaker 1 00:29:48 She'd be 13, 14, right? To left Speaker 0 00:29:54 To the carpet. Scholastic. Speaker 1 00:30:03 Is there a gel claim here? I'm sure there is a joke point. So Corpus callosum, we want to balance left and right brain. So focus is about not going overboard. On either side, we opened the outline Speaker 0 00:30:27 For full vision to be L six Speaker 1 00:30:34 Clearing any past life to be L six, seven, eight association cortex, motor cortex. So we worked with communication also the Broca, so that the focus of your mind is connected to the movement of your body, the movement of your swing, right? There's a great congratulations here. Ally 17, 18. We open GB 12 to the phrenic accessory clinic to the gut, to the Antarctic. And we know you taking good care with the food and like come down the spleen Meridian again, Speaker 0 00:31:21 Nine, six, four, and CV 17, two spleen four. So Speaker 1 00:31:30 Calming down on a trauma hippocampus and clearing hippocampus so that the messages of your brain are very clear and grounded and balanced Speaker 0 00:31:56 And joke. So <inaudible> our olfactory nerve. We may stop you Speaker 1 00:38:00 And Carol, thank you for your inspiration. I know he's taken my temperature cause I ended on time. Speaker 3 00:38:07 I know him. I know him so well. Yeah. Yeah. I know. I know. See, I know you see all this time we've had together. Laurie, how, Speaker 1 00:38:27 How well we know each other, so thank you everyone. And I welcome my you Larry's friend Barbara. Hi. Very nice to meet you. Speaker 3 00:38:38 Yeah, yeah.
