Tong Ren is an energy healing therapy based on the premise that illness is related to interruptions, or blockages, in the body's natural flow of blood, neural bioelectricity, blood, hormones and chi (life force energy). Tong Ren is a powerful healing energy treatment used to help people restore their health and heal from viruses, pain, cancers, organ disorders, etc. Welcome to the Tong Ren Podcast | https://tongrenpodcast.com/

Speaker 1 00:06:57 We're a small group on this beautiful day. You want stuff?
Speaker 0 00:07:05 Charlotte.
Speaker 1 00:08:16 We're just about to start. Hi everyone on mine. Oh, you are a new hire. Hey everyone. So we're settling in here.
Speaker 0 00:08:28
Speaker 1 00:08:58 A motion. Okay. So I have everyone's requests online. Thank you so much. It's wonderful to have you today. Good luck. He like, he doesn't hear me. So I'm going to, so Sandra, the class is starting. Yeah. Thank you. All right. So welcome everyone. We have our, well welcome your first time. So, because we have Charlotte, someone new for the emotions, the structure of the class is we do a short form and then I have for everyone and then everyone gets to make a request and we include everyone online when it's awesome to request. Yeah. So I invite everyone to stand.
Speaker 1 00:09:54 You can put that down. Yeah. And you start with feet together and then just step, take a step out to the right knee, slightly bent arms and the front of the body, a couple of inches off of the body. So get comfortable, balanced shoulders drop, and pull yourself up by the bath way, GV 23 and you'll feel the lower spine extend. So if you think about dropped shoulders, extending from the lower back, this is your true height. This is good posture. And usually we walk around and we collapse into our lower back. So with the chigong form, we make the time to settle and move into our somatic experience. Move into our body's knowledge. We call this position sheet. So we'll just settle here, breathing in and out.
Speaker 1 00:11:13 You make, choose how you breathe in and out through the nose is the bagel breath Vegas. So if you need additional calming today, if you feel you're in fight flight stuck in some kind of PTSD loop, this can help calm. The nervous system. Sending message is right in the world. We are safe right here, right now. Your palms, maybe tingling and just focus on breath. Not try to not think, just move into your experience. We turn the palms up and we're going to raise the arms with a slight bend at the elbow to shoulder height, slowly turning, allowing the arms to gently again, turn the palms up. We're cultivating the cheat. So we're strengthening our own field. And at the same time we S we extend our field so that we're connecting with others. When my time, as we move up, you may feel sensation and tingling because we're moving through textured space.
Speaker 1 00:13:13 It looks empty, but it is not very nice, right? Palm to the left shoulder, we are brachial plexus, and like you are dancing. Okay? And so the PA the hand is Jeffy rounded, and we follow off of the arm off of the body. We follow the energy, bringing this arm backward that you just traced that you go, and then you bring the other one around. So for your next dance partner, but straight out ahead. Yeah. And then left to the right. We do the same thing. So we have three nerves and we retract cross at the palms and come across again.
Speaker 1 00:14:06 This is very good for preventing carpal tunnel, retract the arm as you trace down and bring the tracer across. So just bring the sky back, you'll get it and then left to, right. So we have an on their medial and radial nerve that come down from the brachial plexus through the fingertips. We'll do that one more time. And this is a very nice way to bring energy down from the head. If the mind is too busy and down through our nerves. So we are better huggers at the end. So let's reconnect to the earth. We ground again, because this is an emotions class we're going to move. So maybe take another step out with your legs. Bend slightly at the knees, the arms up to see the 17. So the fingertips of painting a bit and word, because this CV 17 is the middle. Dantian our heart center.
Speaker 0 00:15:21 Sure. Try out
Speaker 1 00:15:23 To lean over too much, right? So that you're upright. And what we know is that the heart knows things eight seconds faster, or before the mind. And while there are pathways that go back and forth between the heart and mind, there's, there are more pathways. That's
Speaker 0 00:15:48 Start at the heart and move up. The heart field is about five times larger than the mental field, our mental field, allowing the hands to drop,
Speaker 1 00:16:02 Bring the leg in back to ground, Really connecting and feeling into the energy flow. Bring the left Palm above CV 17, the right below the lower dantian. There you go. So the top hand always scans down. So we're scanning, we're making a beach ball, we're scanning down and bringing it.
Speaker 0 00:16:35 The bottom are out, up and around.
Speaker 1 00:16:39 So as we make our cheapo, if you will, our beach ball, we're bringing connection between the middle and low
Speaker 0 00:16:50 Or dantian
Speaker 1 00:16:53 Where we also have a relationship between the interrogation
Speaker 0 00:17:00 And the heart,
Speaker 1 00:17:02 Which then in turn moves up to the hypothalamus, to the pineal gland
Speaker 0 00:17:07 Back down.
Speaker 1 00:17:09 And if you like, you can make a bigger ball coming up to elbow.
Speaker 0 00:17:14 One, one more.
Speaker 1 00:17:23 We allow the hands to drop in a gentle. So in traditional Chinese medicine, see before these upper middle lower dantian integration. And as we hold, as we send sheep into the lower dantian, it's a place. So we start energy
Speaker 0 00:17:50 Helps us endure get through the day. Also we're supporting that digestive tract, the enteric nerve and grounding routine, and what we know that are that sense. So the human being is, is richly endowed. We have three brains in our mind and at our heart at the lower dantian at the interior and multiple ways of knowing. And as we drop our arms and we close, we extend out three times once, and we follow the Vegas nerve down twice. We did this again, which is very fundamental to tongue grad, right? The autonomic nervous system. Third time seal in the cheek, that is our cheap bath and bringing it down. We do a short version. There are other postures. And now I invite you to sit and my knife who took my case. So GB 13 in the left to right field one, two GB, 23, 24. So today they're online, we have high emotions. We have anger, we have some anxiety, depression, PTSD. So Tom's trauma where we're undertaking a new, a galaxy to, I guess we're calling it. And that galaxy is going to be specifically for trauma that we have since, since we last saw you last week, we have a clip that is a very powerful, I mean, for me, it's been amazing in terms of calming trauma emotions, and we have a set of points, right? So we're working with the hippocampus,
Speaker 1 00:20:51 The amygdala GB eight, triple warmer, 22, the upper trapezius BL nine GV 22, 23, B L one tying in intake as we opened the maternal artery, the carotid artery. So we want to smooth out the communication between mind and body. We opened both arteries on both sides of the neck and for the carotid artery, internal, external, we moved to the . So we use that point for mirror neurons for past life. And B L six is very close to be L eight to the hippocampus, which we've, which relates to the olfactory nerve. So because trauma is an underlying condition for most people, right? Everybody is experiencing some kind of stress and anxiety. And often we carry forward childhood issues or issues from earlier in life or lifetimes. Um, Tom started exploring how best to treat trauma, what would be the set of points. And so we, he moved to the olfactory nerve because smell is the earliest sense.
Speaker 1 00:22:42 One of the oldest fences that we began with evolution in an evolutionary way. And what we do know from studies of trauma is that for most people who experience it, there's some sets that gets accentuated. So some people are highly sensitive to smells some to hearing I some it's vision, but in our evolution as human beings, the olfactory sense was the first to develop the sense of smell. And so that relates seems to relate most deeply to trauma, to help trauma. And I have found these clients to be very effective, right? And so we've used them, not just in acupuncture, but in between that and also with the machines. So we're also opening Tim dumb shaking sky one month to CD 1764 to open the up a trapezius tooth, the rest,
Speaker 0 00:23:59 Okay.
Speaker 1 00:24:00 C5, lung thoracic, and GB 12 phrenic, accessory phrenic, really opening up the autonomic nervous system. The accessory, I denomic the phrenic nerve antidiuretic hormone. So we oxygenate and we hydrate the body open Blyn again and bring that energy right down to kidney. One, liver, three, allowing the breath to deepen and the energy to move from the mental loop down and dissipate into the ground.
Speaker 0 00:24:52 Okay. Michelle, what would you like? We'd like to have a feeling of fullness future, especially about the election. I would like each of the candidates running for office throughout the country to be the right one will be selected for the
Speaker 1 00:25:21 Let's work with trust.
Speaker 0 00:25:29 Of course,
Speaker 1 00:25:30 Emily Dickinson, hope purchase purchase in the heart, right? So why not open the heart center T five T six, that we really want to connect that to the hypothalamus, the back of the hypothalamus thalamus BL six, seven, eight, the association cortex B L nine,
Speaker 1 00:26:01 Where we get into what is our intention and how to not be in denial to be real listic about what's going on in the world. But knowing that we are such an integral part of the world, that we co-create, we are co-creating even as we sit right now. And so we allow with our deepest intention for the elections to take place for the greater good, well also let's calm down. Let's open the serotonin, thoracic 11, 12, and L two for the cortisol, always like to balance the serotonin, the oxytocin with the cortisol, because we release cortisol and times of stress, but we also need cortisol because it helps us to take action and to be engaged. And so if we move into what is our deepest desire, right? And we feel in congruence with that, that message does not just stay within us because we move in fields. We are wave and particle and wow. We see each other as particles, great, big particles Adams and 50 billion cells. Right? All of those cells were also emanated with giving off waves. And that is how we entangles. That is how we entangled machines ourselves.
Speaker 1 00:28:02 That that was Adams are both particle and wave. And so we're sending in the energy, we're stimulating the bioelectricity, even when we tap the doll, if we have a meter nearby, we see the meter turn on that there's a bio electric signal and a magnetic signal. It's not just via electricity. It's awesome magnetic. And we are bio electric chemical beings. So we need both. So I'm going to open the third eye, really clearing out, right? So that allowing you to move more fully into the best of outcomes, into the best of outcomes and connecting with so many others who want the best about, and I would say that the majority do so we opened C5. We open 10 dog, see one, two, three eyes, ears, open all of the senses, GB, a triple chore, triple warmer, 20 calming things down, moving into the insular cortex, the essence, the essence, our divine, who we are at core and bringing that energy down and grounding Richard strengthening, what kind of strength like physical, emotional.
Speaker 1 00:30:22 So let's start with BMI Medula, right? So we're supporting your system, the pericardium, the heart, not just the physicality, but the emotions that we are able to feel experience as humans. And to embrace that right, to appreciate that we can feel to appreciate that we can be vulnerable to allow ourselves to being emotional and to express because behind that is the strength, right? Vulnerability is an expression of strength and self-acceptance and allowing for feelings to pass because that's all they do. They come and they go, if we allow anger to express. So there was a request for anger and we'll work with GV 22, 23 hypothalamus.
Speaker 1 00:31:49 That expression creates opening. If we have sadness that expression creates opening and often sharing, because best, I think one of the highest States of being a human being is authenticity, being authentic in how we feel and how we express to another person. And also how we express to ourselves our capacity, to be honest with ourselves. So we're going to shore you up really open that heart support the heart beyond upper trapezius, two thoracic 12 opening ADH antidiuretic hormone. She B H proforma 20 B L one, Ty yang opening throat shakra for expression C one, two, three eyes, ears, smell back to the olfactory and the probiotic land, hydration, tears, tears are biochemical, but it's a release that supports our bioelectric function. Six, seven, eight down spinal artery, bladder 54, reflecting back to the heart center, stomach 21, stomach 25 girl and hormone amygdala. She'd be 13, 14, calming down the emotion center of the brain, connecting to that, which is most true to the insular cortex, to the emphatic and above unfathomable that makes this human and coming down spinal artery and grounding kidney one, liver three Carol piece.
Speaker 1 00:34:27 And you also, well, you know, I think we need to understand that the next couple of weeks are going to be very chaotic. Certainly after election day, as results get sorted through and already at the polls, they've been clashes and all of that. So that's when we come back to ourselves, right? To the resources that we have for self calming self soothing, and to bring ourselves into a congruent energy, which whose signal gets sent. So what we do for ourselves, we live really in a mutual relationship, right? A dialectical relationship, as we give to ourselves, especially with two young men where we articulate the collective unconscious, and we have this awareness of the collective unconscious, as we give to ourselves, we're also giving to others, right. There's a sense of because our field extends out and entangles, and so that's when quantum physics talks about co-creation, that's what they talk about when Gandhi said, be the change you want to see in the world. Right? All of those kinds of saying, refer to this idea that as we address our own issues, our own vulnerabilities are, as we work to become more hope, right. To evolve, we're not doing that in isolation. Right.
Speaker 1 00:36:48 And sometimes it's like, you know, because I teach. So I know that I don't always see the results, right. Maybe five years from now, one of my students wake up and say, Oh, that's what she meant. Now I get it. Right. And so we really don't know, this is where the trust comes in. And the more time we are able to spend sort of in a, in a quiet place or doing a short Chicone form, that brings us into a calm state of mind, the calmer we are, the deeper we breathe, the better able we are to receive information message that can help us, the better able we are to share the piece that we find does also some arthritis on. So we're going to open. She went through seven right now, we're going to strengthen the immune. And so along with that, right, we all want to feel safe and secure her.
Speaker 1 00:38:10 So strengthening the immune system is a good way to stay strong with the virus. As we take care of ourselves, we open the blockages, the be 27, 26, especially the famous gland, right. And one of the latest studies Tom's has been doing has been around calcium and thinking about tumors as a form of crystal. And so we've been using and tangling with the galaxy energy, Chinese herbs, and also Western pills like calcium, like K D, which together, when not ingested, we have found people reporting. They can feel it tumors shrinking, right? I'm using it for my knee to strengthen bone. Um, it's been helpful for teeth and gums.
Speaker 0 00:39:25 And so peace and calm is about nurturing self nurturing and multidimensional ways.
Speaker 1 00:39:47 And we opened CV six 42 and kidney 22, the girl and hormone who went to keep that ovarian a way you're doing so well. I think peace and calm also will open throat shakra cranium, state pineal, seven and 11
Speaker 0 00:40:16 Two,
Speaker 1 00:40:18 The Vegas nerve and the subclavius right.
Speaker 0 00:40:21 Chartering down and grounding me. So did you,
Speaker 1 00:40:31 Did that take care of you, Charlotte? Do you have a request? Some have to be like do physical house?
Speaker 0 00:40:47 Yeah. Okay. So
Speaker 1 00:41:01 Let's work. See 60, 71, our thyroid
Speaker 0 00:41:07 Support, bone strength, calcium. Okay.
Speaker 1 00:41:12 Open the upper trapezius and down to thoracic 12th. Again, feel 11 to 12 to it's actually open the lower sacrum, the sacrum, the lumbar coming down, the bladder Meridian, and then the gallbladder Meridian, two 30, three 36 on both sides. Liver, Meridian liver, eight liver, 10, two liver, one kidney three.
Speaker 0 00:42:03 Okay.
Speaker 1 00:42:04 Always. We always do pretty here. How we bring that energy down
Speaker 0 00:42:11 The toe.
Speaker 1 00:42:15 We open the third eye
Speaker 0 00:42:20 To calming down the amygdala for any stress. This has caused to
Speaker 1 00:42:26 The insular cortex, the motor cortex, B L six, seven, eight,
Speaker 0 00:42:35 Coming down full spinal artery,
Speaker 1 00:42:43 Focusing on the liver. One should eat three,
Speaker 0 00:42:55 Just going to check on line. So let's do it
Speaker 1 00:43:05 Some insomnia T seven left, and we move again to support digests.
Speaker 0 00:43:13 So T seven left. And let's bring that energy down from to kids.
Speaker 1 00:43:19 One Liberty three.
Speaker 0 00:43:21 We want everyone to sleep so important and we'll we'll work again. Well, the sciatica, the pudendal nerve
Speaker 1 00:43:38 She'd be 12 spleen, 12 stomach, 30 gallbladder, Meridian, stomach Meridian down to six
Speaker 0 00:43:48 Stomach, 36 grounding,
Speaker 1 00:43:52 Two kidney, one liver three again, motor cortex, always mind, body connections. So we work the mind, right? Support the science
Speaker 0 00:44:07 Attica. We also opened the neck. Often their issues at the neck is a blockage. We open
Speaker 1 00:44:16 C one through seven C, six 71 and bringing that energy right down
Speaker 0 00:44:23 Bladder to kidney one, live here, three relax.
Speaker 1 00:44:42 I'm glad everyone is feeling relaxed. Yeah. So
Speaker 0 00:44:47 I invite you either a to remain seated. If you want to stand and move back into the wood chief position. So would she refers to before the big bang?
Speaker 1 00:45:02 So the world is filled with this potential
Speaker 0 00:45:06 Energy that has yet to move into form.
Speaker 1 00:45:13 So allow yourself
Speaker 0 00:45:14 So to feel into your own energy.
Speaker 1 00:45:20 I remember pulling up from the bow way.
Speaker 0 00:45:26 They had nice light
Speaker 1 00:45:28 Event hung at the upper palate
Speaker 0 00:45:35 And just feel into any shift
Speaker 1 00:45:42 And allow yourself to smile, to feel
Speaker 0 00:45:48 A sense of gratitude for something in your life. But the day for these amazing yellow gold foliage trees
Speaker 1 00:46:00 That are all around us here at the center,
Speaker 0 00:46:07 No for being alive for star Wars, which is playing right now and we closed ceiling and that she,
Speaker 1 00:46:30 And as always, even though you're online, away, not in this room, you are very much in the class.
Speaker 0 00:46:40 Our energy is entangled. Our intention is entangled. And as always every single person here,
Speaker 1 00:46:47 I bring so much, I feel very grateful for this class. Everything you asked for is what it relates to everyone. So five o'clock we have Tom general class and, uh, I think
Speaker 0 00:47:09 Hope we'll see you there. And we are, I'm going to turn change the computer and Charlotte,
Speaker 1 00:47:22 Thank you so much for coming.
Speaker 0 00:47:25 Actually, you should try this because this is the super duper. This has the a a, and, and let me just turn off the computer and
Speaker 1 00:47:47 Well, I mean, you can feel into them that I know some people,
Speaker 0 00:47:56 I don't, it's not that you'd get too much,
Speaker 1 00:48:00 But if you start to feel overwhelmed,
Speaker 0 00:48:03 Then you stop it. Doesn't it's, it can't hurt you. Right. It's not bad, but it's all about how you feel.
