Uh, so if you want to put it in as a request, I'm not going to really follow the request line today. But, uh, you know, if you put it in as request, remember to two way street, so I'm opening blockages and I'm moving energy, moving the cheese, um, making observations, being a witness, and out of all of that, um, your body is taking whatever it needs. So in other words, it's a two way street because you can stop all this. You can say this isn't for me anyway, before we start, uh, I just want to put some, some love and some, some, yeah, just, just some energy out to Regina here of who's been on the calls and, uh, her brother, Dave, who's a longtime member of the tongue run community.
Speaker 0 00:01:11 Uh, he passed yesterday. So, um, so if you all want to just kind of feel your heart chakra and, um, just feel and just kind of generate some heat and some love in it. And perhaps we can send it to, to Dave himself, to Regina, uh, to Dave's wife. And also if you want to include some of your family members and friends that, uh, maybe need some more support, um, ones that have passed along and, you know, they've left to left a hole in our life or a hole in our heart that gets easier to bear as time goes on. But, uh, you know, we still, we still think of them. So just sort of, let's just take about a minute and just feel our heart space and, and just send love out to all of, all of, all of, and all of us as well. Just to expand your heart chakra. Now, if I'm being clear, but just do what feels right for you.

So we're just going to close out now, but you know, it'll, it'll, uh, level, keep going. That's all I can say. All right, here's gonna open up with the emotional run here. Dear friend of mine, Whitey Eagle talked about, um, and this is similar. He talked about when you drive along the road and you see an animal that's by the side of the road, um, the trick is not to feel sorry for it. You look at it and you, you, you be thankful. You'll be thankful for the life it had for how, how it's, uh, how it's lived, what its lived in and how it's returning you there. Jay's energy's never lost. It's just transformed. It's never destroyed. It's never lost. Only transform. So when you're in gratitude, it can work so much better. He's still doing the emotional points.
Speaker 1 00:04:46 Keep it. You want to just keep that energy flowing. And the people on this call will feel it was coming in and replay will feel it as well to work in the emotional points, have the wrong door, hang on the wrong doll. The other one is desperate. Need of gorilla glue. It's not the wrong door, just adult each repair. I don't use one that does the emotional run. We're going to do the limbic, connecting the emotions, the limbic system, rolling the bladder Meridian. Now starting by calming your mind blurry. And some of it, you know, those things we become fixated on.
Speaker 1 00:06:12 It's funny as we get older, we get more fixated. I had a cousin Juul. This is my great, great grandmother. Used to everybody was cousin, cousin, Juul. Anyway, she was in a near the end of her life and she was in an old age home. And so I go to visit her and she was talking about this Kleenex on the stairway and she couldn't get her mind off it. Well, when she went down for dinner, if it was a Kleenex on the stairway and nobody had picked it up, please, or onto me along the bladder Meridian, sorta looking at, uh, any negative thoughts, anger, fear, wanting to cash out.
Speaker 1 00:07:13 So poor aunt Juul kept looking at this Kleenex. And I still lasted over a week before somebody in the, uh, in the cleaning staff picked it up, but now it had been there for two days and it was there for four days. So she just, so as you become fixated on things that maybe aren't as important really estate, but to her, it was pretty important. It's clear that somebody had dropped and of course afraid this dropped into somebody's pocket. Definitely the cleaning staff were up to stuff. And again, we're on that same limbic point. This point actually is called receiving light heavenly connection. So removing blockages blockages, your job is just to relax. Just feel the chief, get out of your head to the Jade pillow lay area control center.

Now through the bladder Meridian points coming down the spine, the spinal arteries for the spinal deans coming down the left side, looking at the muscles, supporting the spine. I'm going to do the ones near the surface. And we're also going to go deep, deep as well as we're tapping. We're balancing the muscles that are bunched up or any that are too stretched. Also those that have become weak coming down the spine on the other side, again, we're going deep as well as staying on the surface. There's a couple of deep muscles in there. We want to get tapping your cheaply parts on your little bottom coming down. Let's just go down again. This time. We're going to bring the energy down into your legs.

We're going to look at brain fog to here, particularly when a lot of us are home or home, and there's no pressure on us, you know, do we leave the dishes for another couple of days? You know, when's the last time we had a shower, let me see all of a sudden, you notice a little rash, a little license. I had a shower, those that are coming up the neck here. So we're looking at the brain specifically this to get some action here and just remember, you're not broken, you know, so nice. We feel broken. You feel out of control, but you kind of got there on your own. Let's put it that way. So often you'll see men and God bless them. You know, they're, they're married to a certain woman and then they divorce her. And all of a sudden the next wife fuddy looks exactly like the first one saved vibrational toe. It's the same thing. Only a little bit younger baby, but same, same type.
Speaker 1 00:12:40 So until we end the same with, uh, we meet people and you know, they fill a certain niche with us. So often you'll see people marry an alcoholic and then they go on marry another one. So it's like, it's what we kind of put out there. So the only way to change that as change your own vibration, change your own expectations of what's important to you. Okay? Just go putting up the neck right now. So you're not broken. You're not, what's the word. You're not perfect, but who the heck is perfect. Anyway, it's nicer when people are, have their little quirks and quibbles. So there's nothing wrong with you, nothing wrong with you. And that's where to start. Absolutely nothing wrong with you. You're absolutely perfect. My grandmother used to say there's a lid for every pot. That's probably true. Okay. Still opening up the neck, cup it resistance there. You're going to get those hard muscles to the back of the neck loosened up. Also that jaw jaw muscle are clenching one. You know where you're grinding your teeth at night. Get that drama muscle loosened. And we're working on the points for brain fog for focus.

If pain on the shoulders at the back back, also your upper back, and let's do another point. That's for neck pain and stress, kind of like tarot cards, taro cards. You want to, you want any answer? So you get your tarot deck out and you pull a card and it's like, you know, depending on what you do, whether you're a one card polar or seven or three, you pull up, pull the cards and then you look at them. And well, you're not quite happy with what's there. So you pull, so you put those cards aside, pull it other cards. And it says the same thing. How is it? So we have, we have board of the one points of the body that do that help for insomnia, stress and anxiety.
Speaker 1 00:19:29 So funny, you pull one tarot card, pull another. If you do it three times message the same day. Okay, there we go. We're looking at the risk point here. This is for anxiety, nausea and pain, pain point. Again, these are acupressure points are not talking points. What the heck you can't get at one week? You just tried another case. Somebody hit a good release just right then. And we didn't do the ear point right in the ear there in the upper shell. I'm just going to roll up the neck again, balancing right and left brain, right. And left right and left. And again, they're not the same, but we need communicating with each other, optimize blood to the brain. Let's just scope the spine a bit.

Your windows are too dirty to really see what's going on. So why don't we do that? We'll just energetically everybody senders and receivers. All right. How's everybody doing? Now we're going to get the little Celia, you know, those little hairy hairs that hang up and somebody, uh, somebody Siri was the reason you had people had problems hearing is because the wax are all sort of debris sort of made them live flat. So let's just kind of clean out some of that spill house cleaning here on your ears. Those little silly is standing up hair standing up on not a wax and crap.
Speaker 1 00:28:18 So when one of the jokes around is that there's two kinds of, two kinds of people. This world would have wet ear wax. And those that have dry ear wax. I think most people have wet, but either one or the other dry Geyser, your wax, just flakes in there. Okay. Let's get the little nose hairs up as well. All right. Cleaning house here. I wonder if there's a Dyson vacuum cleaner for, for nodes in here. Hairs. Probably no money in that for them. Okay. There we go. Okay. Down to, um, what did the cheap pillow support and head heart lung and blood vessel optimization here on the cheap pillow coming down the neck now too. We're looking at bone marrow, bone marrow strengthening manufacturer of red cells, white cells. T-cells I just heard a little voice saying me too. So the other cell, if I missed. Okay. And any other ones I've missed for tapping for them to leave me still coming down lungs. Now starting off with the spine point out to the lungs themselves. Again, your job is just relax, relax, relax. Get out of your head. Let the energy flow.

It's just old shit stuff that happened when you were a kid. Unkind word said people that couldn't live up to your expectations. Idiots, people who took advantage of you not doing any good, like drinking poison and expecting the guy beside you to die. I'll ask you if this crap good to you, you may not get it all out on the liver. I'm just going to tap the areas where people are holding stuff. Liver's a good one. Spleen's another one. There's just no place. It doesn't hold stuff. To be quite honest, let's hit that. Hit the big ones. And if I see any little ones, get it on the way by just going to let go of anger.
Speaker 1 00:32:47 Can I feel ourselves and know that we're not broken? We're strong in this. I mean, we're physically strong. It just means we're strong. We're able to walk in this world. Have a good boundable healthy life of our choosing. Okay. Get the heart here on the emotional heart lips. Wrong side. All right side now. Okay. So we're still releasing anger or frustration. We're releasing some guilt to a couple of point and reliving the past. I mean, we can think about it, but no point feeling guilty about the past and where you were. You're not same person you were back then.
Speaker 1 00:34:04 And we're just going to do some sexual release to release some sexual stuff. That's clogging you up guilt or getting some of it out. It's worth doing it. Just checking to see how much is going. So we're definitely not getting it all, but I'm going to leave a little exit point. So an energetic exit point. So you can release later if you want. Yeah. You can do it on your own. Actually. It helped make me sort of just getting rid of some, any sexual guilt or regret you've got there first time we'd done that one. Okay. So back to we've done the lungs, um, let's get onto the diaphragm, optimizing the oxygen. How are we doing here for time?

So all I can say is just try and try and think good things like try to control your mind where your thoughts are at, because you can share a puddle without meaning to so takes a bit of practice. But Abraham talks about being in the vortex. I've talked about staying above the line. In other words, you think about something and then you try to shift it out. So there's at least a positive thought. Don't feel so good today and sleep that well, look, there's always tomorrow. I have slept better. I've had, I have had better days. You know, you could do that.

The oxygen going, tapping the diaphragm, diaphragm, breathing the sky window, but again can never have enough. How much is too much? How long is a piece of string? Okay, there we go. Okay. So we're going to do the emotional points to those stairs, to the end. I think we're on to energy and fatigue got to ground myself here because I'm floating out a bit. It's okay. If you guys are floating nurse, not me. I'm supposed to be doing the work here. We're on the energy and fatigue right now.

Let's go to the spine, coming down to the gut area first and then back the sexual work back there.
