And for the first thing I do is try to balance my screen so I can read your request. But of course, bring in the cheek. Let's bring in the energy from the universe, collective healing. Let's oxygenate our blood opening up the phrenic nerve at C5 to the diaphragm, up into our lungs. And then we'll bring that oxygenated blood up into the brain, through the vertebral artery and the carotid arteries, and then opening up the olfactory nerve, right above each ear at GB eight, cranial number one, the olfactory nerve saturating, the sinus cavity.

We're going to create a completely balanced bio electric oxygenated body right now around the right and the left ear ears, bringing this bio electricity down through the neck, opening up all the spinal nerves coming down and the Vegas nerves as well, coming down through the front, Oh, the body, the parasympathetic nerves, the Vegas nerves coming down, relaxing the body as the parasympathetic nerves do. And then the spine from the top of that, I can see seven opening up the thoracic vertebrae in between the shoulder blades T one through T seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, lumbar and sacrum bringing all this fire electricity all the way down to our toes. K one 11 three in both legs.

For a low right to the top of the head for governor vessel 22, balancing our survival plan. He thing as 100% healthy, which is also of course, the boss of the pituitary gland. So all of our wonderful hormones, our feelings throughout our entire entire body as well, and then right down to the knees and let's work with the eyes. Okay. So this is covering a lot of people that have come online for the class.

And this, this is what happens, um, for other senses that we might lose too. So for eyesight though, we want to go right to the center of each eye. And that was really desire. I have to say, it's that never ever happens to me. And it did take me several days to really fully recover from that. So it's, um, I understand I empathize, but the more anxious we get about it, I mean, I, I have experienced this kind of thing in the past and I've worked through it where it was not complete lack of sleep like that, but it was like, you know, waking up a lot and anxiety with that, um, over a period of time.
Speaker 3 01:09:25 And I did learn, um, how to relax the, um, the brain waves so that it's almost like sleep. Okay. So learning how to do that in ways that you can feel like you can access, um, you know, I did it through shakra meditation myself, and also just realizing that sometimes that kind of relaxation is just as good as it seems like, just as good as sleep. And we don't have to get anxious because our body will survive the lack of sleep. But of course it's comforting and we all want that comfort. So we're going to open up the brain as well for a day nights, sleep patterns and relaxation, all righty. Um, right. Hip pain or Francisca let's work on your right here.
